You know usually we all know that things like this don't work, but we spend the money in hopes that it does work...and guess what...this works for me. I am not hungry. Needless to say I was shocked. I've been taking this for about four days and I have to force myself to eat.
This product doesn't have any side effects (sleeplessness, constipation, lack of sex drive) like when I took the prescription Phentermine.
I would say just try it...it may work for you...but you don't know until you try.

Not only it had no effect on me, it seem my appetite increased. I followed the instructions to have 2 capsules 1 hour before meals, but it still didn't work.

Every once in awaile I will try a product like this one and once again this one is just another SCAM. I understand that each persons body functions a little different, but this product did absolutly nothing, but change my moods. I suggest you save your money and join some form of exorcise program. They also offer a money back program. They never returned any of my emails and they never returned my voice mail. Can you say SCAM!
