I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE "MIRALCE PRODUCT" AND THE TOTAL WAS 63 SOMETHING AND I TRIED IT FOR 3 WEEKS DIDNT EVEN SEE A CHANGE NO WEIGHT LOSS NO NOTHING I SENT IT BACK FOR A FULL REFUND AND ONLY GO 47 DOLLARS BACK...MY ADVICE SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY..

...you make some changes in your diet first. You cannot take this supplement, keep eating the same and not exercise and expect any significant benefits. For me personally, I lost 15 lbs. in 2 months. I started at 175 and went down to 160. I made simple changes to my diet, mainly cutting out all bread and pasta (which are loaded with carbs) and ate more frequent but smaller portioned meals. No junk food, cokes, sweets, just regular healthy food like chicken, rice, salads, etc. I did have one free day each week where I ate anything I wanted. That is a big help in maintaining a healthy diet. For exercise, all I did was walk around the local park 4 times 5-6 times a week. I lost on average about 2 lbs. per week. After 2 months, I stopped taking Nuphedrine (because I ran out) but I kept on eating right and exercising and I've maintained the same weight. Nuphedrine helped suppress my appetite and it obviously helped burn calories so it does work as long as you make a few lifestyle changes to your current diet (which if you are looking for a supplement to lose weight, I can bet is not healthy) and do a little exercise. For lazy people with no motivation to eat right and exercise in addition to taking this supplement, don't waste your money buying this product because there is no such thing as a magic pill that will melt off the fat without a little effort on your part.

This product didn't work for me. I've trying to lose the last 10 pounds, and I decided to give this product I try. The first week it seemed to work, my appetite was reduced, but after the first week I didn't feel it was working. I used it for about a month and lost 1 1/2 pound. I've read reviews saying that you need to heat healthy and exercise for this nuphedrine to work, I go to the gym 6 days a week for about an hour and eat healthy, but it did nothing to me. I guess for people really overweighed this product might work, but if you are trying to lose the last 10 pounds it won't work. I think the pound and a half I lost was due to eating healthy and exercising. So I think I am going to stick with that .What a waste of time and money, I'm glad I got it from the official website where I can send it and at least get a refund.

I bought this at nuphedrine.com and I did receive a certificate of authenticity. I've only been taking it for 4 days, but it really does make me not want to eat! I was surprised because I thought it would be just another crappy diet pill that doesnt work. I havent noticed an increase in energy though.
