The four jars arrived safely. It was about a week before I opened the first jar as I had a little of another company's powder (Whole Spice) which was a nice free flowing product. Sylvia's tomato powder was like a ROCK. I opened a second jar with the same results. It tastes okay, but I can barely get any out of the jar because it is so hard. I even tried using a clean screwdriver, I was so dismayed. I have just recently started using tomato powder and it was great using it in the winter when the fresh tomatoes have no flavor.
