I was a bit skeptical when I first ordered this, but when combined with the a few liters of water a day, this stuff works wonderfully. No need for energy drinks, and it keeps your appitite controlled for the day.
It states that you should only take 2 before each meal, but I upped the dose to 3 per meal and it worked much better. No more need for snacks or going back for a second helping.
I have and will continue to recommend to all my friends.

I received the product and to see that it was expired by 3 months!!! I immediately sent it back for a refund.

I have tried this product many times. It works great for energy and appettite suppression, and in turn losing weight. I would definitely purchase this again from the health shop! Thank you.
