I bought this product and instead of having a difference in my weight and size I star to blow like a balloon feeling heavy with
more apetite and gaining weight. Please don't put 5 stars because the name of Amazon is this game too. The rest of the products is now in the garbagge, where belong.

This is a preliminary review after a few days of taking the product. I have to say that my appetite is significantly reduced with no unpleasant side effects. I already take 500 mg. of Resveratrol and have been doing so for years. I never noticed any suppressant effect from that ingredient, but the other ingredients obviously have some value for me. I will report back after a couple of weeks.

I don't know whether this supplement actually speeds up metabolism or burns fat, but it definitely has significantly reduced my appetite, which is helping me lose weight. I've been taking it for 2 weeks and I'm confident it's not a placebo effect, because I've tried other supplements and felt no difference. I take one in the morning and one before dinner. Usually if I eat a small meal I'm starving within about 2 hours. Recently I have been eating 500-600 calorie meals and feeling satiated -- even full -- for several hours. I'm pretty impressed and plan to keep taking it.

I love this product..Me appetite has gone down gradually and over time the product seems to get better..I have lost 15 pounds in 2 months..There are no crashes or cravings because there is no caffeine and my heart does not speed up...
